If You Already Have a cTrader Account
- Log in using your email via one of the following cTrader applications:
- cTrader Web, IOS, Android, Windows, Mac. (click here to download)
- After logging in, your trading account will appear in the account drop-down menu located in the upper right corner of the cTrader platform.
If You Do NOT Have a cTrader Account with Your Email
You will need to create or activate your cTrader ID using one of the methods below:
Method 1: Sign Up Through cTrader
- Open cTrader via Web, IOS, Android, Windows, Mac. (click here to download)
- Sign up using the same email address used for your X-Funded purchase.
- Once registered and logged in, your trading account will appear in the account drop-down menu located in the upper right corner of the cTrader platform.
Method 2: Set Your cTrader ID Password
- Check your email inbox for a message from cTrader Spotware with the subject:
“[ACTION REQUIRED] Set Your cTrader ID Password.”- (Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.)
- Click the link in the email to create your password.
- After setting your password, log in through any cTrader application.
Once successfully connected, your trading account will appear in the account drop-down menu located in the upper right corner of the cTrader platform.
