Payout Timeframe
Approved payout requests are typically processed within 3-5 working days. Please note that payouts are not processed on weekends. Here’s an example of the processing timeline:
Payout Request Date: 1 January (Friday)
- 2 January (No processing)
- 3 January (No processing)
- 4 January (Day 1)
- 5 January (Day 2)
- 6 January (Day 3)
- 7 January (Day 4)
- 8 January (Day 5)
In this example, the payout is expected to be completed by 8 January. After processing, it may take an additional 1-2 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account or crypto wallet.

My Payout Request Is Rejected
If your payout request is rejected during the review process, the account may be:
- Breached, or
- Reset.
This depends on the rule violation identified during the review.
My Payout Request Is Approved
Once your payout is approved:
- Your remaining balance will be reset.
- You will receive a new account with the initial account balance.
- You may continue trading using your new account.
Important
- After the payout is processed, the remaining balance will be reset, and you will be issued a new account with the initial account balance. Any remaining balance not included in the withdrawal request will not be recoverable.
- Depending on the account profile and trading history, the account review process after submitting a payout request may take up to 7 days.
