This confirms that your payment was successfully received and your account is being prepared. - Account Credentials
Your trading account credentials (login details and server information) will be sent to you shortly after the order confirmation.In most cases, this takes a few hours.
In some rare situations, it may take up to 24 hours to ensure everything is properly set up and verified.If You Don’t Receive Your Account Credentials
If you have received your order confirmation but have not received your account credentials within 24 hours:- Please contact the X-Funded support team immediately at support@x-funded.com.
- Provide your proof of payment so we can locate and process your order quickly.
- Check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails may sometimes be filtered.
- Login to the X-Funded dashboard and check the account credentials there.
Our team will verify and resend your account details if needed.
